Thank you for your interest in having your articles published to our blog. Please read these guidelines and adhere to them for all submissions.

  1. It takes us an average of 3 weeks to post an article once we receive it.
  2. You will not receive a confirmation of receipt. We will email you once we schedule the post. If there is anything wrong with the article or it is not something we will publish, we will email you.
  3. Any photos you submit need to be copyright free. If you submit photos that infringe on copyright, you will be liable for any fines owed.
  4. All photos need to be sent as JPG ATTACHMENTS and no larger than 150dpi.
  5. All blog articles need to be sent as a MS Word Document.
  6. Put your author bio/attribution IN the body of the document at the end. We will not cut and paste information from emails or websites.
  7. We will not include links to real estate agents or their websites as we have to be objective and many of our grads are agents. We will not include links to businesses that compete with our members or our company.

Please do not write to us repeatedly asking for an update. Your article is published as a courtesy as we do not charge for this service and our daily focus is on revenue generation. If you have a deadline for your article, and it is less than 3 weeks from submission, please do not submit it. We publish articles based on our timeline and ability to manage the blog.
