Great article. I think people are catching on that staging works in any market. Why would someone not want their property to look its best when they are trying to sell it. We have seen time and time again that people make money by staging, generally, way more than what the investment in staging costs. Realtors are like corporation CEO’s, their job is to maximize shareholder value in the companies stock. It’s the same for a home owner selling a property. The Realtor must do everything they can to allow that seller to get the most value for their property. Nice job getting the message out there and I look forward to reading the book.
