Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging® and CEO of StagedHomes.com®, announced that conference attendees earned a new designation in Home Staging – The Buyer’s Trend Specialist, (ASP®-BTS™). In addition, awards were given and conference sponsors were recognized.
About 100 Accredited Staging Professionals ® and Accredited Staging Professional Masters® attended theASP® 2014 IAHSP® Educational Conference. The professionals in attendance were comprised of the top Home Stagers in the world. Education was focused on business marketing, buyer trends in real estate and design, and Staging for specific groups of buyers.
Seminar attendees earned the new ASP®-BTS® designation. The designation signifies that the Home Stager has acquired additional education in Staging and design trends, and possesses skills to prepare properties to appeal to buyers shopping for a home in today’s market. When sellers are looking for a Home Stager, they can be sure that the ASP®-BTS® designation acquired by the ASP® or ASPM® Home Stager means he or she is fully qualified to prepare a home for a fast sale.
