Thank you Barb for Your Help with REO Staging Properties!

I recently Staged a Home that was an REO property.  The Realtors® who were the specialists in this particular community were asked to list the home by the bank.  The Realtors® said, sure we would be happy to, but you have to give us a budget to work with for Staging….and they did!!!   So share this story with other Realtors® you know, especially those doing REO’s.  The banks are catching on and seeing the value and importance of Professional ASP Staging.  And those REO’s that are Staged are Selling Faster and for More Money than those that aren’t!
