The Joy of Hearing ASP® and ASPM® Success Stories

Today I want to share with you how much I appreciate all the things I know ASPs® and ASPM’s® across the country, continent and even the world are doing for the benefit of their clients and for the communities in which they live and work. Many years ago I had a vision. As a real estate agent in Bellevue, WA, I wanted to make it possible for my sellers to get more money for their homes when they put them up for sale as well as sell quicker too. I wanted to create an environment in the homes I represented where buyers would quickly envision themselves living. I created the concept of Staging in the early 70’s and I feel so blessed to have met so many wonderful people through the years through my invention and trainings on Staging homes.  This year also marks my 25th anniversary year as a Professional Speaker and Trainer.  The grand people I have met and worked with through the years is truly amazing….and this continues to this very day. With your help we’ve been able to make a difference for sellers and their real estate agents for many years and today thousands of ASPs® and ASPMs® are out working hard to build success not only for themselves but for those they serve. I love hearing your success stories, as I work to create even more tools for our ASPs® and ASPMs®. Over the years I’ve been committed to building an extensive toolbox to success, and earlier today I received a most wonderful message that truly humbled me. I am enjoying a huge increase in business this year and I owe it all to you.  The ball started rolling with the first client of the season finding me by going to StagedHomes.com.  The realtor was so impressed with our ASP®, ASPM®, and IAHSP® professional accreditations.  The really smart ones realize what it means to achieve the letters behind their names.  She said meeting me after two others sealed the deal.  The others were a decorator and a non-ASP® stager and certainly did not appeal to her need. You have given us the vehicle to make big, successful businesses. We just have stick with it and work the plans we have made for ourselves.  The five year plan is different for each of us and I am achieving my goals as they have been set from day one.  Thank you for making the difference for me as I became a Master.  The best week of my life in business-all of them over 30 years.
