Two Creative Ideas on How to Make the Most of the Stagedhomes.com and Lowe’s Coupon Savings Program

Dear Great ASP’s® and ASPM®’s, Just the other day I shared with you that Stagedhomes.com and Lowe’s have built a coupon savings program for you as ASP’s®. Virtually immediately, I received two great ideas on how to make the most of the program from two of our wonderful ASP’s®!  They, like you, are very pleased about our new program with Lowe’s® as ASP’s® you can do the below as well and I am sure you have other great ideas also and I would love to hear them too. Unless the fun Lowe’s® coupons are keeping you awake.  :-0 I printed off a Lowe’s® coupon yesterday for a Staging client who needs light fixtures, trim and flooring.  After I printed the coupon I realized there was room at the bottom of the sheet of paper to create a shopping list format and print it on the coupon. I added bullets and corresponding lines for the client to add their items to purchase.  I created it in WORD doc, and printed it right on the coupon sheet.  This way the buyer has their list and they don’t forget the coupon!  In addition I have put one in each of my pre made Staging Client files as a value added service. People just love good service! And 10% is 10%!!! A penny saved is a penny earned.Thank you for always thinking of us and doing what you can to help us and sellers and Realtors all over!!
