For many years he has been the go-to person for do-it-yourself projects, a legend in his own right and, as his blog says, “The Dean of Home Renovation & Repair Advice”. That is why I am excited to share with you that my quotes were featured in an article at his blog. The article, Money Matters Monday: Every Home’s a Stage, discusses the importance of Staging, and especially Staging for every home that is for sale. The article also shares statistics from a recent survey by Coldwell Banker which revealed that 94 percent of sellers prepare their houses for sale by removing clutter, making minor repairs, and painting, 76 percent of U.S. sellers “depersonalize” their homes for showing, and 59 percent of sellers actually import new decorations or furniture to spiff up the place.
