WCR National Convention Features BARB SCHWARZ!

Barb Schwarz is the featured speaker at the 2009 WCR-TAR Annual Business Meeting being held in Dallas, TX on September 10, 2009. Barb will share about the need for Home Staging in today’s economy and market – based on her new best seller, “Staging to Sell – The Secrets to Selling Homes in a Down Market.” Barb will also discuss vital market niches of investors, foreclosure properties and the eco-friendly or green-home staging movement.  She will be meeting with fellow ASPs from that region as part of her visit to the Dallas area. Barb will next be heard at the National Association of Realtors® Annual Convention in San Diego on Friday, November 13th. She is privileged to be among the featured speakers to share from the platform about Home Staging and how to incorporate it in a down economy and market.  Her topic is “Staging to Sell Makes “Cents” Even in a Down Market.”   This is the fourth time in five years that Barb has been selected to represent the Home Staging industry at this annual event for Realtors® nationwide.   Barb will meet with ASPs from the Southern California market as well as anyone else who travels to attend, and Realtors® who would like to hear her speak are encouraged to attend this convention as she is a wonderful speaker, receiving standing ovations for how she shares with conviction, enthusiasm and truth.
